These elegant quadrant hinges are crafted from solid brass, and finished with an attractive antique hue that complements a variety or wood species and styles. The integral stop arm holds your lid open at approximately 95°. Sold in pairs. Available in large and small sizes.

Streamline the mortising process with the JIG IT® Q4 Small Quadrant Hinge Mortise Template or the JIG IT® Q3 Large Quadrant Hinge Mortise Template and the Hinge Mortising System.

The Quadrant Hinge Templates simplify the process by eliminating the need to measure and mark while also providing a clear guide for routing with a bushing. Each template features a clean design and a clear face you can see where you will be routing with ease. The Q3 Template is designed for #46807 (Solid Brass Large-Box Quadrant Hinge 1-5/8”W x 1-5/8”H x 9/32”) while the Q4 Template is designed for use with #48068 (Solid Brass Small-Box Quadrant Hinge 1-1/4”W x 1-1/4”H x 7/32”).

Both of the templates are intended to work with the JIG IT® Hinge Mortising System. Simply lay the template into the system and clamp it where you’d like it to sit. When you are done just remove the template out of the system. Not only does this speed up the process by eliminating the need to mark and measure, but it can be reused with a wide range of mortising templates.
